Fatima AlJarman is a writer and researcher based between the UAE and New York City.

She is the founding editor-in-chief of Unootha, a magazine that centers the creative work of women in the Middle East and North Africa. She is the director of the writing residency at Bayt AlMamzar, an independent arts space in Dubai.

Currently, Fatima is pursuing her undergraduate degree in English and Comparative Literature at Columbia University.
